How do I use OPTION10?
Add items to your cart, then enter OPTION10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded.
What are my delivery options?
Standard (3 to 5 business days, free over $40), express (2 business days) and next-day (order by noon Eastern time). Software and eGift cards arrive by email in minutes.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Which payment options do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states, DC and APO/FPO addresses.
